Please read before booking your service(s).
Appointments & Bookings
If you are not sure of what service (s) to book, please call or text 678-308-0543 me for a consultation.
If you change your service at the arrival of your appointment, your appointment may have to be cancelled. If the new or additional service request cannot be completed in the allotted time of the original appointment, you will have to reschedule for another day.
*Please do book Starter Loc appointments without a consultation.
If you need an emergency appointment. Please text or call if you do not see any availability. I may have an availability due to a cancellation however, I cannot promise an emergency appointment.
Late or Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please contact me. If you do not call or show up at the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.
To service our clients in a timely manner, it is important that you arrive on time. If you’re running late please, contact me to let me know. If you are 15-20 minutes late, we may have to cancel all or part of your service.
If you or your child(ren) are sick, please cancel and book your appointment at a later date.
Refunds
Services are non refundable. Once services have been rendered, if there is any dissatisfaction or issues with your service, you have up to 48 hours from the time your service was completed to contact me to rectify the issue. I am more than happy to fix any issues free of charge.
