*Please do book Starter Loc appointments without a consultation.
If you change your service
at the arrival of your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled if it cannot be completed in the allotted time of the original appointment. You will have to reschedule for another day.
BOOKINGS:
If you are not sure of what services to book, please call or text number below for a consultation. ​
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 6 hours in advance (if possible, I do understand emergencies come up). Your payment will be transferred to your next appointment.

It can be difficult to work over another persons work. If you need a service correction, you will have to book a complete service if you are dissatisfied with the service of another stylist/barber.

Please text or call if you do not see any availability and have an emergency and need an appointment.

CANCEL/LATE:
Sick: If you or your child(ren) are sick, please cancel and book your appointment at a later date.

Cancel: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason and you do not reschedule, or you do not call or show up, your payment will be forfeited.
​
Late: To service our clients in a timely manner, it is important that you arrive on time. If you’re running a few minutes late please, contact us to let us know. If you are running 15-20 minutes late, we may have to cancel all or part of your service.
Complaints:
If there is any dissatisfaction or issues with your service, you have up to 48 hours from the time your service was completed to contact me to rectify the issue. I am more than happy to fix any issues free of charge.
We are not responsible for any natural causes or incident (weather, incorrect aftercare, lifestyle routine, etc.) that could lead to the alteration of the service completed.

We will make sure to do our part and provide you with the proper aftercare tips to maintain your hairstyle.
